In the email please include:
- Full name(s) (AS PER PASSPORT) for each member in your party
- Date of birth for each member in your party
- Departure: May 16, 2027
- Room type (single, double, triple or some combination of those)
- Email address to send payment link for deposit
FOR SOLO TRAVELERS: Please advise when booking if you would prefer to share a room. I will do my best to match you with another solo traveler of the same gender, but if no one is available, you will be required to pay the single supplement.
MONEY MATTERS:
- $400 deposit required to book
- $5,230 per person (twin share basis)
- Single Supplement is $1,245
- International Airfare Not Included
- FINAL BALANCE is due is 70 days prior to travel
CANCELLATION BY TRAVELER:
- Prior to 70 days; we will hold the deposit amount as a credit.
- Cancellation 69 days or inside prior to travel will incur 100% cancellation fees.
- No shows will be treated as a cancellation and will incur 100% cancellation fees.
